We are a more than profit private business based in the East of England. We were formed from a self employed business that had researched and trialled our dynamic and unique business model. This business model allows us to deliver an effective solution for Small business owners to learn Entrepreneurial Leadership.

We are owned in the main by John Burroughes who has spent 20 years advising, consulting and now coaching self employed and small businesses. He is driven by the desire to making a lasting difference to reducing the number of small business failures. These currently in his view run at a level that is unnecessarily high.
