As a business owner you have to make all the decisions. The most critical of these are the ones that determine that you are doing the right things. These are different and should not be confused with ones that you make as a manager. As a manager you make decisions to make sure you do things right.

So to make sure you do the right things you need to think like a Leader. In a small business the things you need to decide are such as where to do it, what to offer, what to charge etc? If you do not get these types of answers right then all the hard work in the world will not get you to where you really want to be-will it??

The answers to these leadership questions must allow you to offer something that is not only different but your preferred customers desire it and cannot get elsewhere. To do that you need to think like an entrepreneur.

So as a small business owner it is no longer good enough (or safe) just being a good manager you have to be an Entrepreneurial Leader, don’t you?
