"The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority”
Ken Blanchard
To act and react as an entrepreneurial leader you need to have the right attitude. Carl Jung’s definition of attitude is a “readiness of the psyche to act or react in a certain way”. He recognised that attitude unlike personality is changed as a function of experience. So if you have not led a business to success before, you are unlikely to have the right attitude are you?
So to overcome this risk to your future wealth we have identified the 7 key Entrepreneurial Leadership attitudes that are apparent in those that have succeeded.
It was Carl Hovland’ celebrated work at Yale University that found that attitudes can be changed through persuasion and not forced or taught.
Our unique and dynamic programme is designed to do that over a period of circa 6 months. It is rather like being taught to drive, as we act like your driving instructor, so helping you when you need to make entrepreneurial leadership related decisions. This helps you to learn these attitudes on a cognitive basis, so they more quickly become a habit.
This is a far more effective way than being told to do something to lead your business by an advisor or consultant. As you then make decisions that determine actions to lead your business you believe in. Rather than ones you don’t because you do not fully trust the source of them, is that not the case?
